Origin and Mission
The vision for Camouflet emerged when Founder and CEO Jeff Radwell applied machine learning and real-world data to advance public health research amid the COVID-19 pandemic. At the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Radwell's team built the infrastructure needed to deepen COVID-related insights, culminating in the development of the first computable phenotype for Long COVID. This experience in leveraging data analytics and machine learning highlighted the transformative potential of technology to solve complex, real-world problems. It also laid the foundation for Camouflet’s innovative approach to pricing solutions.
